AI Lab ("we", "us") operates the Color-Blindness Test iOS application (the "App"). This page explains what information the App handles and how.
Information we collect
The App does not collect any personally identifiable information. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not have servers that receive your data.
Specifically, the App does not collect: your name, email, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, browsing history, or usage analytics.
Local storage on your device
The App uses your device's local storage only to remember whether you have made the in-app purchase to unlock the full set of test plates. This information never leaves your device, except as part of Apple's standard purchase verification with the App Store.
In-app purchases
If you make a one-time purchase to unlock the full version, that transaction is processed entirely by Apple. We do not see, store, or have access to your payment details. Apple's privacy policy applies to the purchase: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.
Children's privacy
The App is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any information from children.
Third parties
The App does not include any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, the new version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
