Frequently asked questions

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open the app, tap any locked plate, then choose Restore. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID that made the original purchase.

The app shows the wrong answer.
The plates use the classic Ishihara designs; the "answer" shown is the number a person with normal color vision would see. If you cannot see it, that may indicate a color-vision deficiency. The app is for self-screening only and is not a medical diagnosis.

Can I use the app offline?
Yes. The app works fully offline once installed. An internet connection is only needed to make or restore an in-app purchase.
